International Women’s Mountain Bike Day Open House: Ride, Learn & Connect

Join us for a fun-filled day on the trails with the TMBR Dirt Dames! This Open House–style event is designed for women riders of all ages and levels to build skills, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with like-minded women in a welcoming, supportive environment. Whether you’re here to ride, learn, or just say hello, we’d love to see you!

Event Highlights:

• Guided group rides for beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders.
• Skills clinics covering bike maintenance, handling, and trail features
• Our 1st Annual “Game of Foot Down”—compete for a prize!
• Social hour with light snacks (bring your own lunch for a group picnic)

Event Schedule

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM | Morning Group Ride (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced) Dirt Dames-led ride for ages 12+ (Riders under 12 must be experienced; supervision provided for those unable to ride)
9:15 AM – 11:15 AM | Skills Clinics

• Know Your Bike – Learn bike anatomy & how to fix a flat
• Handle Your Bike – Master braking, shifting, and handling techniques
• Ride Your Bike – Practice riding wood features, bridges, and berms

11:15 AM – 12:15 PM | Game of Foot Down & Social Hour

• Compete in our Game of Foot Down for a prize
• Social hour with light snacks (bring lunch for a group picnic)

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM | Afternoon Group Ride (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced) Dirt Dames-led ride for ages 12+ (Riders under 12 must be experienced; supervision provided for those unable to ride)

Equipment Needed:

• Mountain Bike
• Helmet
• Closed Toe Shoes
• Water Bottle

TMBR has access to rental bikes and will have a limited number available at the event. If you need a bike or helmet, please contact us in advance to ensure we can reserve equipment for you.

This is an inclusive event open to all riders looking to grow their skills, meet new people, and have fun on the trails.
